4. Click Do Search.
The Search Status screen appears showing the results of your search.
This list contains the names of all ports that have keys assigned to the target user.
5. Select the key assignment you are searching for and click the Go to Panel button.
The Keypanel / Port screen appears with the selected keypanel information populated. Notice, the Search
Status screen did not close. Do NOT close the Search Status screen.
Note: Sometimes there may not be a key assigned to the target user. In this case, you
can change pages and perform the key assignment search. You may have to search all
four pages.
6. With the key assignment still selected, click Gain.
The Select Gain Type screen appears.
7. Select Crosspoint Gain and click OK.
The Gain setup screen appears.
Note: The default gain setting should be +0.0dB. If the setting is different, note the setting,
and then reset it to +0.0dB.
8. Click Done.
Click 'Next' to work with another key assignment.
9. Use normal key assignment procedures to assign keys. (See, Assigning Keys for Party Lines, IFBs, etc.).
Enter the name of the new intercom port to which the user will be connected. (It does not matter if the port
currently has the wrong name).
10. When you finish reassigning a key, click Gain.
The Gain Setup screen appears.
11. Reset the gain, if necessary.
Repeat steps 1 through 11 until all intercom ports in search are reassigned.
12. Move the users configuration information (key assignments, restrictions, etc.) to the new intercom port. If
there is no configuration information, skip steps 8-12)
13. In AZedit, click KP.
The Keypanel / Port main screen appears.
14. In the Port / Alpha field, enter or select the users old port number/name.
15. From the Edit menu, select Copy.
The users old setup is copied.
16. In the Port / Alpha field, enter /select the new intercom port the user will be connected.
17. From the Edit menu, select Paste.
The user's information should now appear in the Alpha box.
